13:07:00You will be able to sign on for the next edition of Intersport Viking Tour in just a few weeks. Thanks for following, competing and enjoying. On behalf of Intersport Viking Tour 2009, I say thank you and good bye. The trolls salute you!

12:34:00All the contestants have passed Fillefjell. There are currently five riders who have not yet passed the feeding station in Ĝye.
12:32:00 Jonathan Truyers won the final stage as well. Frank Slevikmoen, winner of VT08, second. Joos Francke came third. Vic van Kerrebroek came fourth, Joel Hċland fifth, Stig Magne Loftheim sixth, Jouni Ollikainen seventh, Jaakko Sorvisto eight, Simon Galle ninth and Marius Askautrud tenth.
12:23:00Joel.
12:23:00Vic.
12:23:00Joos.
12:23:00Frank.
12:23:00Jonathan won.
12:20:00Joos Francke is in the lead. 20 sec back to the others.
12:20:00First guy 1km from finish.
12:19:00A group of 4 is formed.
12:06:00The last kilometres are really, really steep, so the chasing group will not have any particular advantage over Hans Inge.
12:04:00Hans Inge Rege broke away from the group. He has now got 1 m 20 s on his followers and is on a racing frenzy as there is only 7 km left.
11:50:00The pelaton is now at the second feeding station. All the big guys are in it.
11:35:00The six last contestants are approximately 20 minutes away from K.O.M. The seventh last rider is 2 km away from K.O.M.
11:27:00Another rider stepped of the bike and sat down in the car, finished, at the first feeding station.
11:26:00The last rider has come 62 km into the stage, and has got 10 km before he reaches the K.O.M. which has absolutely nothing to say for him.
11:15:00The first group, 50-60 riders strong, passed Borgund stave church at 09.50, so they should be way up the hill by now.
11:13:00All contestants have passed the feeding station next to Borgund stave church and are heading for the top. The riders are in three well-functioning groups.
10:57:00The sprint was won by Tommi Virtanen. Jouni Ollikainen followed in second. Third is not yet ready. Amongst the women, Annika Grüber came first, followed by Verena Kolks in second and Larissa Drysdale in third.
10:01:00The second tunnel, after 42 km has been passed by all contestants. It is still cloudy, and 14 degrees Celsius in the air.
09:25:00Sadly, Erlend did not get a chance to play his fiddle in the tunnel. The riders are now heading for the sprint.
09:22:00The racers left the tunnel at 09.10. It appears there has not been a restart, just a neutral zone in the tunnel.
08:41:00But first, Erlend Gjerde is going to play us a tune on his fiddle.
08:38:00reached the center of the tunnel.
08:37:00Just messing with you. The reception is better than we have had so far. The restart is will be very soon, as the riders have rea
08:32:00And if you did not; it is because of the tunnel. Cellphones usually do not like tunnels.
08:30:00Due to reasones I am sure you will understand, there probably will not be too many updates the first bit.
08:19:00Welcome to the last stage of Intersport Viking Tour 2009! The contestants are pedaling through the tunnel. Restart will take place in the middle of the badger hole that happens to be the the longest road tunnel.
